NTIT RCO Membership
The NTIT RCO meets at 6 p.m. on the third Tuesday of every month from September through June.
While meetings are usually held at Zion Baptist Church, at the corner of North Broad and North Venango Streets,
due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently holding meetings via Zoom.

Everyone is welcome to attend our meetings.
The NTIT RCO serves the section of Philadelphia's Nicetown-Tioga neighborhood covering West Allegheny Avenue to the south, Hunting Park Avenue to the north, North 9th Street to the east, and North 16th Street to the west. Residents of our service area comprise our membership.

The Nicetown-Tioga Improvement Team's committees are chaired by a block captain or an established community organization leader. Neighborhood residents attending the NTIT RCO monthly meetings actively participate in committee discussions and may sign up to work on specific programs within the community. The NTIT RCO supports Friends of Williams Moore Reed Memorial Park – a registered member of Philadelphia Parks & Recreation and Fairmount Park Conservancy's Park Friends Network – organizing clean-ups, community events, and more.

The NTIT RCO is a member of the Broad, Erie, Germantown Collaborative (BGEC), a coalition of organizations serving the communities immediately around the intersection of Broad Street, Germantown Avenue, and Erie Avenue. Other members are Called to Serve CDC, Hunting Park United, Hunting Park NAC, Nicetown CDC, and North10. BGEC strives to provide long-term workforce training and affordable housing to the neighborhood through binding Community Benefits Agreements with incoming developers.
